Outcomes™* (“Outcomes™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has created this Privacy Notice to explain what information we gather from you when you visit our website (the “Site”) and how we may use this information. This Notice does not apply to other sites maintained by Cardinal Health or its affiliates or subsidiaries.
